There are three different units within this cottage: Front & Portside on the ground floor (2 people max. each), and Topside on the second floor ($25 additional per person above 2). All are heated.

The Front rental unit is on the oceanside ground floor of the Lookout Cottage. (2 people max.) It is heated and has a fireplace in the living room. The bathroom has has been redone with a new Whirlpool tub/shower.

The Port side rental unit of the Lookout Cottage has a view of the ocean as shown here. (2 people max.) This unit is heated.

This shows the view from the kitchen counter of the Mansell Cottage Penthouse Suite. To the left is the Moorings Inn. Straight ahead is the outside deck with a spectacular view of Somes Sound. The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms.
