Located in Southwest Harbor, Maine, on the ocean, by the mountains, near Acadia National Park,
adjacent to Hinckley Yacht Yard.

The Moorings Inn offers suites, singles, doubles, and cottages for your family vacation needs,
located on the ocean with views of Somes Sound.
There are two additional accommodations off the premises of the main house,
but with ocean views of Southwest Harbor and the mountains.

With extraordinary views, tastefully decorated rooms and the ocean at your fingertips,
your vacation is bound to be a memorable one.

DEPOSITS: No refund for 1 day reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: More than 1 day reservations will be refunded
if re-rented for ORIGINAL time, less $50 service charge.

Main House

Central heat, main common room with fireplace and cable TV. All rooms are non-smoking.

Names on the doors are from sailing vessels built nearby.

Rate Schedule:
Not including state tax or gratuities.

Additional persons $10 a day. No pets.
All rates are European and include juice, coffee and doughnuts from 7-9 a.m.

First Floor

• LOOKOUT COTTAGE (all units heated)

One mile, along the shore, from the Moorings Inn complex, near the
intersection of Rt. 102 and 102A.

• EAGLE WATCH COTTAGE - Living room, Franklin fireplace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, tub/shower, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator. Lovely cottage with privacy and a view of a working harbor and mountains. Central heat, waterfront, outside decks with outstanding view. Limit 4. This cottage is off the main premises: one mile from Moorings main complex, near the intersection of Route 102 and 102A. (Not recommended for families with small children because of proximity to steep ocean side edge.)

• KING'S MARK - garden apartment - 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed and one single, bath with shower, living room with fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher/ microwave, den-dining area, piano, TV, lovely view of the inner harbor and mountains. Picnic facilities on lawn. Waterfront, ground level. No smoking. Limit 3. This cottage is off the main premises: one mile from Moorings main complex, near the intersection of Route 102 and 102A.
